Carrot, Cheese and Liver Snaps

I made a batch of dog treats last night. :]

Ingredients:
4oz Chicken or Beef Liver
1/2 Package Cream Cheese
3 Large Carrots
Water
3 Eggs
Potato Flour [or whole wheat flour if you dog can tolerate it]
Baking Soda
Brewer's Yeast [optional]

I put the liver, carrots, cream cheese and eggs with some water in a food processor [ie - my magic bullet] and pureed it. Then I put it in a bowl and added the baking soda and yeast and flour and stirred until it was a thick batter [think between bread dough and cake batter]. You could make it thicker if you wanted to roll it out and use a cookie cutter.
Then I put all the batter into a ziploc bag and cut the bottom tip and used that to make very tiny cookies. I baked at about 225 until brown and hard.
After all cookies were done I turned off the oven, piled the cookies on a sheet and stuck them back in the oven - where I will leave them for 8 hours [at this point, do NOT open the oven for any reason! You are dehydrating the cookies and you want to remove as much moisture as you can!]
After 8 hours you can stick the cookies in a paper bag and store at room temperature. :]
